Yllka is a Computer Engineer, with degrees in Computer Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Hardware, Software, Network and Multimedia Engineering) a minor in Mathematics and has decades of experience in all areas of her expertise nationally and internationally.
She has worked in many high-tech companies, among others 13 years at Cisco Systems, designing high end, state-of-the-art, network gears, Routers, Switches, Firefalls, Linecards, etc. She held key role positions at companies she worked for and successfully delivered above expectations. Yllka is an experienced leader with exceptional leadership skills and very successfully continues to lead companies, organizations and societies for decades now, nationally and internationally.
In addition to being the Founder, President and CEO of KELMENDI ENGINEERING INC., Yllka also serves in several additional roles:

Yllka served as the Chair of IEEE Computer Society Silicon Valley chapter for 2 years, 2019 and 2020. She is a strong leader with proven track record for leadership and technology management. Her exceptional leadership skills revived IEEE Computer Society Silicon Valley chapter and made it the most active chapter of IEEE.

In that regard, on February 19, 2020 at Silicon Valley Engineering Council, Engineers Week Banquet 2020, Yllka Masada, the President, of this organization, awarded 2 Hall of Fame Awards, 10 Scholarships to deserving high school and college students to study engineering, 4 Keeper of The Flame Awards, and 2 Discover-E (Discover Engineering) Awards, as part of her never ending contribution to Engineering, Science, Technology and Humanity.
